What is SkivvieBox?
SkivvieBox is a service that delivers beautiful lingerie directly to you on a monthly basis. Whether you are looking for delightful panties delivered monthly, or looking for the convenience of having bras, panties, garters, hosiery, sleepwear and accessories (oh my!) delivered to your doorstep, SkivvieBox delivers! Every month, we will send you a shipment of beautiful lingerie that is unique to you and your style!

When will I get my first order?

Orders placed before the 15th of the month will ship by the end of that month.  Orders placed between the 16th and 5th will ship by the 14th.


What sizes and brands do you offer??
We currently offer sizes from 28 A to 40 DD for bra sizes and XS to XL for panties and sleepwear. Some of our featured brands are: Betsey Johnson intimates, Blush, Be Wicked, Coquette, On Gossamer, Rose & Petal, Kix’ies, Fiore, Affinitas, Le Mystere, and Freya.


Examples of past lingerie: Blush Lingerie (Montreal), E Marie (Miami), Clare Bare (Los Angeles), Rose & Petal (France), Lormar (Italy), On Gossamar (USA), Thirdlove (San Francisco), and many more!


Why did you ship me a different size than I requested?

Some sizes run small or larger than marked on the tag, we may size you up or down.


How do you bill my credit card?
Your card will be charged at checkout and every month after that on the 15th. You will receive an email notification letting you know that your subscription has renewed.


I haven't received my first order, what should I do?

Don't worry! We will take care of you and make sure you get your SkivvieBox. Simply contact [email protected] and we will sort the whole thing out!

What if I don't like a particular brand, style, or material?
No Problem! Contact us at [email protected] and we will note your account.

How do I make an exchange?
Contact [email protected] and let us know that you would like to make an exchange. We will send you a return label and, depending on stock, swap your item for a different size or send you something comparable in value. Please see our terms page for more detail. DESIGNER SETS CANNOT BE RETURNED - Only sent back for adjustments.

What if I want to stop my subscription?
Simply log into your account and click cancel in your profile. We’ll miss you, but you can sign up again at any time!


How are international returns handled?

If we shipped you the wrong size or the product is damaged, the shipping is on us!  We handle case by case issues, so if you have a question, just ask!


I emailed you, when should I hear back?

We do our best to answer as fast as possible but give us 48 hours.  We promise we will get back to you and answer any questions you may have. We work (mostly) normal business hours. M-F 9am-6pm EST. You can also hit us up on Facebook!



What if it doesn’t fit or it’s not my style?

We will email you a return label and will send you replacement pieces once we receive the exchanged items! Please see our terms page for more details. Designer sets cannot be returned, only sent back for adjustments.
